- While Staying in Zanzibar, all guests have to pay an ‘Infrastructure Tax’ of Approx. US $1 per person per day. This is payable directly at the hotel and applies to both adults and children.

- Rates for single/triple/quad occupancy will vary and can be provided upon request
- However, the rates and options for increasing the pax are subject to availability
- Bookings will only be confirmed upon the receipt of the complete payment as per the booking terms
- Rates mentioned are per person on a double sharing basis-
- The standard check-in time at the hotel is 14h00/15h00 while the check-out time is 11h00/12h00
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs
- Upon check-in, the hotel may ask for a security deposit (this amount may vary based on the hotel policy). The funds will be refunded at the time of check-out less any mini-bar items and other charges (Like early check-in or late check-out or any costs related to damages to the room)
- Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the health, passport and visa requirements of the country they are planning to travel to
- The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure

- In accordance with the immigration rules of the destination, passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid passport both before and during the period of travel.
