Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Baku and transfer to Absheron tour, after tour check-in at hotel.

  • Upon arriving at Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku
  • Our Travelwings representative will warmly welcome you at the designated airport pickup location.
  • Proceed to Absheron tour
  • Start your excursion with Ateshgah tour Fire Worshippers Temple Based on Persian and Indian inscriptions, the temple was used as a Hindu and Zoroastrian place of worship. "Atash» is the Persian word for fire. The pentagonal complex , which has a courtyard surrounded by cells for monks and a tetra pillar-altar in the middle, was built during the 17th and 18th centuries.
  • Trip to "Fire Mountain "-"Yanardag" -a mountain on Absheron peninsula , 25 km from north of Baku.Literally, word "Yanardag" means "Blazing mountain". Blazing bodies of flame dance on stones and floor. Yanar dag is a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, which itself is known as the "land of fire."
  • Check-in at hotel and enjoy an overnight stay at your hotel in Baku.

Day 2

Baku City Tour

  • After breakfast - Proceed to the Old City, also known as the Inner City, the historical heart of Baku and its oldest district. Surrounded by well-preserved protective walls, this ancient area showcases the rich history and culture of the region.
  • we will proceed to the vibrant Nizami Street, renowned for its lively atmosphere and shopping opportunities. Nizami Street's history dates back to Baku's town-planning project of 1864. Stretching 3,538 meters, the street runs through the city’s downtown, starting from Abdulla Shaig Street in the hilly part of Baku and ending at Sabit Orujov Street near the Shah Ismail Khatai monument in the "Black City."
    -     Fountains Square,** located in downtown Baku, is a prominent public gathering spot in the capital of Azerbaijan.
  • Visit to Highland Park-Alley of Martyrs, The National Assembly- also transliterated as Milli Majlis, Flame towers- the tallest skyscraper in Baku.
  • Later you will observe Baku Crystal Hall from Highland Park - an indoor arena in Baku, Azerbaijan. Located on the coast of Baku near National Flag Square.
  • Walking through Baku Boulevard which stretches along a south-facing bay on the Caspian Sea. It traditionally starts at Freedom Square continuing west to the Old City and beyond. Since 2012, the Yeni Bulvar (New Boulevard) has virtually doubled the length to 3.75 km.
  • Return back to your hotel and overnight stay in hotel at Baku.

Day 3

Full Day Gabala Tour On Sharing In Coach Basis

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before proceeding to Gabala.
  • Start your excursion with a visit to the "Tufandag" Winter-Summer Tourism Complex, where you can enjoy cable car rides year-round, skiing on slopes of varying difficulty, ski training, and a ski school. The complex also offers catering services, entertainment centers for children, and hotel accommodations.
  • Next, visit Nohur Lake, located in Gabala, a beautiful spot slightly off the main route to Sheki. A short detour into the mountains reveals this stunning lake with its serene surroundings.
  • Conclude the day with a visit to the Yeddi Gozel (Seven Beauties) Waterfalls, situated 6 kilometers from Vandam village and 3 km from the main road near Puskan. This popular tourist destination features a seven-step waterfall, with two small waterfalls visible below. To see the remaining five waterfalls, a climb up the stairs is required, but the effort is rewarded with a breathtaking view. The area is cool and shaded, located in a dense forest that remains unaffected by the sun's rays, and there are also a restaurant and tea house for relaxation.
  • Return to Baku City and spend the night at the hotel.

Departure

Visa Information

  • UAE residents can obtain a visa on arrival if the residence visa is valid for at least 185 days from the date of arrival
  • UAE residents travelling outside of the UAE must carry their Emirates ID card as it will be used to verify their residency status on their return to the UAE.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Between 45 to 30 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Less than 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
  • In Case of Visa rejections /cases where the customers are offloaded at the airport or by immigration, the penalty will be applicable as per the Cancellation policy.
  • Full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country

  • If the visa is not specified in the package, it is not included. Please note that the final decision regarding visa applications rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
  • Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulations of the country.
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
  • Any changes or delays in flight schedules are at the sole discretion of the airline. We recommend checking your flight status 24 hours prior to departure, as schedules may change without notice.
  • Food and seat selection vary by flight. If not included, they are chargeable and subject to availability according to the airline's policy.
  • For group departures, if the airline allows us to pre-book food and seat selection for an additional charge, we will do so for the guest. In cases where the airline doesn't allow pre-booking, the guest may book food and seats at the counter or directly with the airline during boarding, subject to availability.
  • The food menu (Veg/Non-Veg) is determined by the airline and hotel policies, and we have no control over it.
  • We retain the authority to alter the itinerary under various circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, overbooking of hotels/flights, flight cancellations or re-routing, closure of a place of visit, entry restrictions, and other unforeseen situations.   • If a flight is cancelled, we are not obligated to offer alternative flights at the same cost. Any additional costs incurred for securing an alternate flight will be the responsibility of the traveler.
  • For the extra tour/ optional tour, English Speaking Driver cum guide will be provided if it's less than 3 pax
  • In case the selected hotel is unavailable due to an unexpected situation, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
  • Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hours and check-out time is 1100 Hours local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
  • All tours and transfers by sharing coach on the group, the client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost
  • Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. is not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
  • The activity/sightseeing changes are subject to availability and operational days, the itinerary might change due to the same on ground.
  • If any service or tour is canceled on-site due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide an alternative sightseeing option or issue a refund for the specific service or tour affected.
  • If any service or tour is missed by the guest, the package price will remain unchanged, and no refund will be provided for the unused service.
  • If you face any issues during the tour, inform the Travelwings representative immediately for prompt resolution, as we cannot address them after the tour is completed.
  • Customers are fully responsible to carry proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
  • No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue.
