Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Tanzania

  • Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport.
  • Meet your local representative and transfer to Arusha.
  • Check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
  • Dinner will be hosted, and you will be briefed on the adventure that awaits.
  • Meals: Dinner & Breakfast

Day 2

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

  • After a short safari briefing, depart Arusha in a 4x4 safari vehicle to Tarangire National Park.
  • Enjoy a scenic game drive and spot diverse wildlife, including large elephant herds.
  • Lunch at a picnic site inside the park.
  • Continue with afternoon game drives and admire the park's iconic baobab trees and landscapes.
  • The Tarangire River is the only water source in the area, offering excellent game viewing as it attracts the abundant nature reserves. The landscape is also a photographer's dream, due to the high number of scenic baobab trees and its extensive swamps that transform areas of the reserve
  • Late afternoon transfer to Karatu, drive to your lodge located in Karatu. evening leisure, dinner, and overnight.

Day 3

Karatu – Serengeti National Park

  • After breakfast, hop in your safari vehicle, and the tour proceeds to the great Serengeti National Park for a scenic game drive.
  • Serengeti is a very substantial national park, the undisputed highlight of the wonderful Northern Tanzania safari area, and surely the greatest wildlife reserve in
  • East Africa. It's approx. 4-5 hours drive, which consists of countryside, an epic rift valley scenery, and dramatic escarpment views.
  • Upon arrival, continue to explore these unique landscapes dotted with spectacular natural wonders as you drive to your accommodation located in the central part of the park.
  • In the late afternoon, arrive at your accommodation for evening leisure time, dinner, and overnight.
  • Meals: Dinner, Breakfast, & Lunch

Day 4

Central Serengeti National Park

  • Morning in Serengeti is an experience worth cherishing. Wake up surrounded by enchanted sounds and the smell of the wilderness, staring at a magnificent, breathtaking sunrise view at the endless plains of Serengeti.
  • “Today is the day that you may have an option of taking a hot-air balloon tour at dawn as the sun’s golden rays illuminate the plains of Serengeti”.
  • Begin a day with aromatic coffee in the open air with limitless views leading up to the most exhilarating game spectacle of them all
  • After breakfast, hop in a safari vehicle for an exciting game in central Serengeti.
  • Considered the most thrilling spectacle in the animal kingdom, the annual mass migration of wildebeest and other herbivores, with their ever-attendant entourage of predators, is a breathtaking experience
  • Explore the Serengeti, immersing yourself in the heart of the wilderness

Day 5

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

  • Final game drives at Serengeti National Park before you proceed to your accommodation in Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
  • Enjoying scenic views and the wildlife on the way.
  • Meals: Dinner, Breakfast, & Lunch

Day 6

Ngorongoro – Arusha – Airport

  • Early breakfast, then drive back to Ngorongoro and enter the park. After a few minutes’ drive in, descends to the crater floor for a day game drive
  • Descending takes you through a lush highland forest, with magnificent birdlife to be spotted among the different tree species. Once on the grassy crater floor, you may discover a large variety of grazing herbivores, as well as the predators that are attracted by this abundant supply of prey.
  • Its 260sq km floor is surprisingly diverse with a permanent lake, open savannah, and areas of mature woodland. Surrounded by steep, densely forested walls rising over 600m high, the effect is that of a huge natural Amphitheatre
  • Picnic lunch will be taken at the picnic site inside the crater floor
  • After a great day, ascend and drive back to Arusha. And proceed to the airport for an afternoon flight departing at 16h45; expect to arrive in Zanzibar at 18h00.
  • Pick up again from Zanzibar airport and transfer to your beach hotel.
  • Meals: Breakfast

Day 7

Zanzibar Island

  • Zanzibar Beach (Relax and Unwind on the Beach)
  • An option of activities in Zanzibar which can be arranged on the ground
  • Activities that can be done;

• Cycling
