Service Scope

• We're a visa facilitation service, not the issuing authority.
• We submit and track your application on your behalf.

Day Guarantee Policy

• Processing time begins once all required documents are received and your file is complete.
• The target to get the visa is subject to your profile, paperwork, biometric appointments, etc.
• If we fail to deliver within the promised days, we’ll refund your facilitation fee (excludes government and courier charges).

5% Flight Discount

• Applies only to base fare, not taxes, surcharges, or seat upgrades.
• Valid when booking flights through our official link within 30 days of visa issuance.
• Non-transferable and may not be combined with other deals.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Full refund of facilitation fee if canceled within 24 hours of service start, before document review/submission.
• After submission begins, no refund—unless guarantee triggered.
• Government and courier fees are non-refundable, even if a visa is denied.

Limitations & Liability

• We don’t control embassy or immigration authority decisions, nor timing
• We’re not liable for delays due to incomplete documents, authority requests, or force‑majeure events.
• Max liability is limited to the amount you paid for our facilitation service.

Your Commitments

• You must provide complete, accurate, and timely paperwork (forms, passport scans, photos, etc.).
• You must attend biometric appointments, if required.
• Any additional document requests or delays on your end may extend processing time.
