Terms and Conditions

  • The child will be staying on the existing bed with the parents
  • Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking on first come first serve basis.
  • 100% payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Non-refundable and non-amendable once confirmed.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends on the hotel's policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room)
  • Supplement charges may apply during special holidays, Christmas, New Year, peak periods, and blackout dates.
  • The above rates are inclusive of all taxes and VAT (excluding the Municipality Room Fee, which is payable directly by the guest to the hotel).
  • Late check-out charges may apply. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
  • Valid ID issued from Ministry of Interior or a driving license for the Emirates, and for foreigners, a valid original passport
  • Tourism Dirham Fee/City tax is not included in the rate and will be charged to the guest directly.
