Terms and Conditions

  • The rate specified is applicable for check-in on the specific date of June 29, 2023, and may not be valid for any other dates.
  • Child will be staying on the existing bed and sharing it with parents.
  • Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking on a first come first serve basis.
  • 100% payment is required for confirming the booking.
  • Non-refundable and non-amendable once confirmed.
  • Supplement charges may apply for Holidays, Christmas, New Year and peak dates /blackout dates.
  • The above rates are inclusive of all taxes and VAT (excluding Municipality Room Fee payable by the guest directly to the hotel).
  • Late check-out charges apply; check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor cannot be guaranteed.
  • Upon checking in to your hotel, you may be requested to provide an advance/security deposit, the specific amount of which is determined by the hotel's policy. This deposit will be held until check-out and will be refunded to you, minus any expenses incurred such as the consumption of mini-bar items or additional charges like late check-out or damage to the room.
  • It is mandatory for each guest to present a valid identification document issued by the Ministry of Interior or a driving license from the Emirates. For foreign guests, a passport with a valid UAE Visa is also required. These identification documents must be presented to every individual staying in the hotel.
  • The Tourism Dirham Fee or City tax, will be charged directly to the guest.
