Terms & Conditions

• Group charter pricing is based on aircraft type, route, and passenger count confirmed at time of booking.
• A minimum passenger count must be confirmed to hold the aircraft; changes may affect pricing.
• A deposit of 30–50% is required to confirm the booking; balance due 14 days prior to departure.
• Full passenger manifest, passport details, and any special requirements must be submitted at least 72 hours before departure.
• Cancellation policy varies by operator and will be communicated at the time of quotation.
• Travelwings acts as a charter broker and is not the operating carrier.
• All operators hold valid AOC and comply with applicable international aviation standards.
