Travelwings provides dedicated cargo charter flights from UAE for time-sensitive, oversized, or high-value freight that cannot be accommodated on scheduled commercial cargo services. From perishable goods and pharmaceutical shipments to industrial equipment and humanitarian aid, we source the right freighter aircraft for every cargo mission.

Operating from Dubai International (DXB), Al Maktoum International (DWC), Abu Dhabi (AUH), and Sharjah (SHJ), we connect UAE shippers with destinations across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas — with direct routing, minimal handling, and full chain-of-custody documentation.

Our cargo team coordinates all aspects of the shipment: aircraft sourcing, cargo loading, customs documentation, permits for restricted cargo, and ground handling at origin and destination. We work directly with freight forwarders, logistics managers, government entities, and corporate shippers.

Exclusions

• Customs duties and import taxes at destination (shipper responsibility)

• Special permits for sanctioned or restricted destinations (assessed case by case)
• Storage or warehousing at origin or destination

 

Terms & Conditions

• All cargo charters are subject to aircraft and slot availability at time of confirmation.
• Full cargo specifications — weight, dimensions, nature of goods — must be provided accurately at time of enquiry.
• Dangerous goods must be declared upfront. Concealment of hazardous materials will result in immediate cancellation and liability.
• A deposit is required to confirm the flight; balance due prior to aircraft loading.
• Travelwings is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, permitting, or shipper documentation failures.
• All operators hold valid AOC and cargo handling certifications.
• Cargo liability is governed by the Montreal Convention unless otherwise agreed in writing.
