Air Ambulance and Medical Charter Flight Solutions from UAE

Overview

When a medical emergency requires urgent air transport, Travelwings provides rapid air ambulance and medical charter flight solutions from Dubai and across the UAE. Our 24/7 emergency aviation desk coordinates medically equipped aircraft, qualified medical crews, and ground logistics — so your focus stays on the patient, not the paperwork.

We operate medically configured aircraft ranging from light jets with basic life support equipment to wide-body airliners for mass casualty or large-scale repatriation operations. Every air ambulance flight is managed in full coordination with receiving hospitals, ground ambulance services, and customs and immigration authorities at destination.

Common use cases include medical evacuations (medevac), post-operative patient transport, repatriation of critically ill travellers, neonatal transfers, and organ transport. We serve routes across the GCC, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
