Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Vancouver

  • Arrive at Vancouver International Airport before 4:00 PM and transfer to your hotel with the group.
  • In the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant followed by a meet-and-greet session with your Tour Director and a brief tour orientation.
  • Overnight stay in Vancouver

Day 2

Vancouver – Whistler Excursion

  • This morning, after breakfast, depart for a scenic drive to Whistler with a short stop at the spectacular Shannon Falls, one of British Columbia's highest waterfalls.
  • Continue to Whistler, a charming alpine village nestled at the base of Blackcomb Mountain and home to North America's largest ski resort, Whistler Blackcomb. Enjoy free time to explore Whistler Village and have lunch at your own expense.
  • Later, experience the world-famous Peak 2 Peak Gondola, offering breathtaking views of glaciers, snow-capped mountains, and ancient volcanoes.
  • On the return journey, visit the renowned Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and enjoy its three signature attractions: the Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure, and Cliffwalk.
  • Return to Vancouver for dinner at an Indian restaurant.
  • Overnight stay in Vancouver

Day 3

Vancouver – Kamloops

  • After breakfast, visit FlyOver Canada, an immersive virtual flight experience showcasing Canada's spectacular landscapes. (Minimum height requirement: 102 cm / 40 inches.)
  • Later, enjoy a guided city tour of Vancouver featuring major highlights including Stanley Park, Gastown, and the famous Steam Clock.
  • Enjoy lunch at your own expense and continue to Sun Peaks Resort in Kamloops, located within the traditional territory of the Secwepemc people.
  • Dinner will be served at an Indian restaurant before checking in for your overnight stay in Kamloops.

Day 4

Kamloops – Jasper

  • Relish breakfast and continue your journey towards Jasper through some of Canada's most breathtaking landscapes.
  • En route, admire Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, and travel along the scenic Yellowhead Highway alongside the Thompson River and Monashee Mountains.
  • Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant before your overnight stay at Jasper.

Day 5

Jasper – Columbia Icefield – Banff

  • Post breakfast, travel along the world-famous Icefields Parkway towards Banff.
  • Stop for photographs at the stunning Athabasca Falls before proceeding to the Glacier Discovery Centre.
  • Experience the Athabasca Glacier aboard the Ice Explorer vehicle and enjoy the unique opportunity to walk on the glacier itself.
  • Later, visit the Glacier Skywalk, a glass-floored observation platform suspended above the Sunwapta Valley, offering panoramic views of glaciers and surrounding peaks.
  • Upon arrival in Banff, enjoy some free time to explore the town at leisure.
  • Dinner will be served at an Indian restaurant before transferring to your hotel in Canmore.

Day 6

Banff & Yoho National Park

  • After breakfast, proceed to Yoho National Park, famous for its majestic peaks, waterfalls, and stunning natural scenery. The name "Yoho" originates from a Cree expression meaning awe and wonder.
  • Visit the iconic Lake Louise, renowned for its turquoise glacier-fed waters and spectacular mountain setting.
  • Continue to Emerald Lake for a leisurely walk amidst pristine surroundings and seasonal wildflowers.
  • Later, visit the Natural Bridge and witness the powerful Kicking Horse River flowing beneath this naturally formed rock formation.
  • Dinner will be served at an Indian restaurant in Banff.
  • Overnight stay at Canmore

Day 7

Banff – Calgary

  • Today, after a delicious breakfast, visit the Banff Gondola and ascend Sulphur Mountain for panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
  • Continue to Lake Minnewanka for scenic views and memorable photo opportunities.
  • Proceed to Calgary and enjoy an orientation city tour covering some of the city's major landmarks and attractions.
  • Dinner will be served at an Indian restaurant before checking into your hotel in Calgary.

Day 8

Departure

  • Enjoy breakfast, check out from the hotel, and proceed to Calgary International Airport using the hotel shuttle service.
  • If the shuttle service is unavailable, guests will be required to arrange their own taxi at an additional cost.

  • 2-night stay in Kamloops at Sun Peaks Resort or similar.

  • 1-night stay in Calgary at Element by Westin Calgary Airport or similar.
  • Private airport transfer from Vancouver International Airport to the hotel.
  • Departure transfer from Calgary hotel via hotel shuttle service (taxi charges apply if shuttle service is unavailable).
  • 7 breakfasts (grab-and-go or plated, subject to hotel policy).
  • 7 dinners at Indian restaurants.
  • Services of a professional Tour Director from 6:00 PM on Day 1 until the completion of Day 7.
  • All sightseeing, transfers, and entrance fees as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Transportation in a 55-seater coach, 22-seater coach, 15-seater vehicle, van, or sedan, depending on group size.
  • For groups of 10 passengers or fewer, the Tour Manager may also serve as the driver.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi at all hotels.

Exclusions

  • International and domestic airfare.
  • Lunches and any meals not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Visa fees and visa processing charges.
  • Any beverages or additional bottled water beyond the daily allocation.
  • One complimentary bottle of water per day during the tour. Any additional water or beverages will be at the passenger's own expense.
  • Porterage service is included throughout the tour.
  • Mandatory gratuities of USD 6 per person per day apply to both adults and children. These tips must be paid directly to the Tour Director for distribution among the driver and Tour Manager. Prepayment of gratuities is not permitted.
