Day 1

Welcome to Trabzon

  • Arrive at Trabzon Airport and meet with your designated driver.
  • Transfer to your hotel and check in.
  • Proceed for a Trabzon city tour with lunch.
  • Begin with a visit to the Ortahisar neighbourhood and the Kanuni House, where notable sultans of the Ottoman Empire grew up.
  • Explore Atatürk Köşkü, nestled amidst pine trees, offering insight into the life of Atatürk.
  • Take a break for lunch at the local eatery offering mouthwatering Turkish delicacies to satiate your appetite.
  • Continue the tour with a visit to the Ayasofya Museum, a renowned monument showcasing art and architecture.
  • Enjoy the serene natural beauty of the Black Sea at Akçaabat town and Sera Lake.
  • Conclude the tour with a visit to Boztepe, offering panoramic views of Trabzon.
  • Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

  • Rates for single/triple/quad occupancy may vary and will be provided on request.
  • However, the rates and options for increasing the pax are subject to availability.
  • Bookings will only be confirmed upon the receipt of the complete payment as per the booking terms.
  • The rates mentioned are per person on a double-sharing basis.
  • The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1400/1500 hours while the check-out time is 1100/1200 hours.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damage done to the room).
  • Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the passport and visa requirements of the country they are planning to travel to.
  • The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure.

  • Per the immigration rules of the destination, passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid passport both before and during the travel period. The same applies to any visa requirements the traveller must obtain before travelling to the country where the package is being booked.
  • Travelwings does not take any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel due to issues related to their passport or visa.
  • The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions.

Visa

Supporting documents (with a valid visa or valid residence permit from one of the Schengen Countries, USA, UK, or Ireland) are eligible for Turkey E-Visa.
Others can apply through VFS Global
The visa process is as per the nationality of the applicant. (Our holiday expert will advise you about the visa procedure based on your nationality)

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Between 30 to 45 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost is to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Less than 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
  • Full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country .
  • In Case of Visa rejections /cases where the customers are offloaded at the airport or by immigration, the penalty will be applicable as per the Cancellation policyn policy.
