Day 1
ZÜRICH, SWITZERLAND - ZERMATT
Upon arrival in Zurich in the morning, we board the train to the charming Alpine village of Zermatt. The village is off-limits to cars. Proceed to check in to the pre-booked hotel and relish a welcome dinner.

Day 2
ZERMATT
Wake up to a lovely breakfast meal. Go on a guided walk through Zermatt village with a guide and embrace the car-free village and romantic mountain vibes. Ride a gondola to reach the Glacier Paradise for a fabulous walk through the inside of a glacier.
Return to Zermatt by gondola or you can opt to hile back into town.
Rest the night in the plush Hotel National Zermatt or Hotel Schweizerhof.

Day 3
ZERMATT - GORNER GLACIER
Enjoy a breakfast meal and proceed to get aboard the Gornergrat Bahn cogwheel railway, the highest train in Europe. Ascend to the summit from where you get the best views of the Alps. The gorgeous vistas of Monte Rosa, the Matterhorn, and the Gorner Glacier are breathtaking. We then hike down past the serene Alpine lakes to Riffelberg. From here we catch the train back to Zermatt.
The tour also takes you to visit Matterhorn Museum where you will interact with a local mountaineer and Alpine historian. Hear the stories first-hand from an expert of early attempts to conquer the Matterhorn and other climbing adventures.

Day 4
GLACIER EXPRESS - ST. MORITZ
Start the day with a wholesome breakfast and proceed first-class aboard the famous Glacier Express. The marvellous journey takes you across three high-mountain passes, over 291 bridges, and through 91 tunnels. Soak up the brilliant tall mountainous vistas, glacier-glazed peaks and the spectacle amid the existing atmosphere of the train. The journey takes you to the Upper Engadin Valley where you disembark in St. Moritz.
Spend the evening at leisure in your pre-booked hotel and relax with an overnight stay at Crystal Hotel St. Moritz.

Day 5
ST. MORITZ
Relish breakfast and continue the exciting journey with a funicular ride to the top of Muottas Muragl. Unwind as you enjoy the beauty of the valley and indulgent views.
After lunch on your own, wander outside the city to Atelier Segantini. This museum is dedicated to Alpine artist Giovanni Segantini. You also meet with a member of the Segantini family for a tour of the artist’s former home and workshop.
Transfer back to St. Moritz, where you go on a gastronomic and delightful experience at a local patisserie. Sample delectable chocolates during a private tasting and let your tastebuds rejoice.

Day 6
BERNINA PASS - POSCHIAVO
After morning breakfast, we proceed to take a ride on one of the most spectacular railway lines in the world: the Bernina Express, which winds its way through the Swiss Alps. This is legendary as it is the highest mountain railway in the Alps. The mesmeric journey takes you to the heart of Italian-speaking Switzerland. Take in extraordinary views of the Morteratsch Glacier from the train’s panoramic windows as we climb to the highest point at Ospizio Bernina, 7,578 feet above sea level. The journey descends to the town of Poschiavo, where we meet a local guide for a tour of its charming historic centre. Poschiavo is a charming little town with a Mediterranean lifestyle in an alpine setting.
Transfer back to chic St. Moritz via the Bernina Express late this afternoon.

Day 7
ST. MORITZ - CERNOBBIO
Today after a delicious breakfast, the tour takes us on a spectacular drive through the Alpine valleys toward the Italian Lake District. The countryside is dotted with villas in hues of terra-cotta, pink, ochre, and gold, and strewn with tropical vegetation and lush gardens. The lovely village of Cernobbio is an ideal destination to spend a relaxing day between landscape and cultural beauty. Perched on the western shore of the vast and beautiful Lake Como, you can discover majestic villas, scenic walks and a leafy waterfront. Settle into a historic 19th-century villa overlooking Lake Como for a fabulous time.

Day 8
LAKE COMO
Enjoy a tasty breakfast meal and proceed to explore the beauty of Lake Como on a wonderful excursion. Board a private ferry for a picturesque ride across the lake to Varenna. Cruise past the spectrum of panoramic beauty amid colourful waterside villages and elegant estates. Immerse in the oneness of nature with palms, pines and soaring mountain backdrops. You get to interact with a local chef and learn the secrets of Italian cooking via a demonstration. Relish lunch paired with local wine to unwind over sweet moments.

Day 9
LAKE COMO
Start the day with a hearty breakfast and go on to explore the beauty of Lake Como’s lakeside towns. We visit Villa del Balbianello which was first founded in the 13th century as a Cistercian monastery. This 18th century romantic and elegant attraction was later owned by Italian explorer and mountaineer Guido Monzino.
The tour continues to the delightful town of Bellagio where you can explore the beauty at leisure. From Como’s historic centre, sunny piazzas, to the Como Cathedral on a private tour is an unforgettable experience. Later, relax and unwind on the hotel’s terrace amid splendid views.
We gather to celebrate our journey with a farewell dinner in the home of a local family and town vibes.
