Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Tokyo

  • Upon arrival at Narita Airport in Tokyo, you will be transferred to your designated hotel via a coach service.
  • Please note that the bus operates at specific times and stops only at designated locations.
  • After checking in at the hotel, the rest of the day is free to explore at your leisure.
  • Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 2

Tokyo City Tour

  • After breakfast, embark on a panoramic tour of Tokyo.
  • The tour includes visits to iconic landmarks such as the Meiji Shrine, Senso-ji Temple, and the Imperial Palace Plaza.
  • Enjoy a drive-by viewing of skyscrapers in Shinjuku and Kabukiza in Ginza.
  • A Western-style lunch is included.
  • The tour ends at Tokyo Station Marunouchi, from where you can head back to the hotel on your own.
  • Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 3

Tour of Mt. Fuji & Hakone

  • Start the day with breakfast before heading out for a tour of Mt. Fuji and Hakone.
  • Board the bus from designated locations in Tokyo and visit the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji, Lake Ashi Cruise, and Mt. Komagatake Ropeway.
  • Enjoy a Japanese-style lunch during the tour.
  • The day concludes upon arrival at the Shinjuku Station West exit.
  • Return to the hotel on your own for an overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 4

Shinkansen Bullet Train from Tokyo to Hiroshima

  • After breakfast, check out of the hotel and make your way to the station.
  • Board the Shinkansen bullet train to Hiroshima and upon arrival, proceed to your hotel for check-in.
  • Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure exploring Hiroshima.
  • Overnight stay in Hiroshima.

Day 5

Hiroshima & Miyajima Tour

  • Start the day with breakfast before embarking on a tour of Hiroshima and Miyajima.
  • Visit Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima, Peace Memorial Park, and the Atomic Bomb Dome in Hiroshima.
  • The tour concludes at JR Hiroshima Station, from where you can return to the hotel on your own.
  • Overnight stay in Hiroshima.

Day 6

Shinkansen Bullet Train Hiroshima to Shin-Osaka

  • Start the day with breakfast before embarking on a tour of Hiroshima and Miyajima.
  • Visit Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima, Peace Memorial Park, and the Atomic Bomb Dome in Hiroshima.

Day 7

Tour of Kyoto & Nara

  • The tour ends at Osaka station, from where you can return to the hotel on your own.

Day 8

Day at Leisure in Osaka

  • Today is a free day to explore Osaka at your own pace.
  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and make the most of your time discovering the city's attractions, shopping districts, and culinary delights.
  • Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 9

Departure

  • Post breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Kansai Airport via coach service from designated hotels.
  • Please note the bus operates at specific times and picks up passengers only at designated locations.
  • Depart from Osaka, concluding your memorable journey to Japan from the UAE.

Terms & Conditions

  • The package is subject to availability at the time of booking
  • The displayed rates do not apply during special events/holidays, Christmas, New Year, peak season, and blackout dates. Additional surcharges may apply
  • There are a few non-operational dates for SIC tours.
  • SIC Airport transfers are available only to selected 4-star and 5-star hotels only. Pick ups/Drop offs may not be available to/from the Hotels
  • As tours are on an SIC basis, pick-up points are from Selected 4-star and 5-star hotels only. Drop-offs will only be at a common point, which generally are train station.
  • All rooms & offers are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
  • Rates for single/triple/quad occupancy will vary and can be provided upon request
  • However, the rates and options for increasing the pax are subject to availability
  • Bookings will only be confirmed upon the receipt of the complete payment as per the booking terms
  • Rates mentioned are per person on a double-sharing basis
  • The standard check-in time at the hotel is 14h00/15h00 while the check-out time is 11h00/12h00
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs
  • Upon check-in, the hotel may ask for a security deposit (this amount may vary based on the hotel policy). The funds will be refunded at the time of check-out less any mini-bar items and other charges (Like early check-in or late check-out or any costs related to damages to the room)
  • Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the health, passport and visa requirements of the country they are planning to travel to
  • The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure

  • Per the immigration rules of the destination, passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid passport both before and during the travel period. The same applies to any visa requirements that the traveller must obtain before travelling to the country for which the package is being booked
