Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Rome

  • Step into the timeless allure of Rome, where cobbled streets whisper tales of antiquity.
  • Your hotel awaits, a portal to comfort and charm.
  • Check-in and set the stage for a magical journey.

Day 2

City Tour of Rome

  • We will enjoy a panoramic tour to give you an introduction to the Eternal City, finishing at St Peter’s in the Vatican, where you will be able to visit the Basilica and museums..
  • As the day fades, venture to Trastevere, a lively district resonating with the pulse of local life.
  • Dive into an evening of culinary enchantment, a gastronomic journey through the heart of Rome.

Day 3

Day at Leisure

  • Today is yours to choreograph - wander through Rome's historic alleys and discover the city’s rich heritage at your leisure.

Day 4

Rome - Florence

  • Journey towards Florence, a canvas painted with Renaissance wonders.
  • Pause at the Michelangelo viewpoint, where the city reveals itself in a breathtaking panorama.
  • A guided odyssey through Florence unfolds its artistic treasures, each step echoing with the whispers of history.

Day 5

Florence - Pisa - Cinque Terre - Genoa

  • Script a chapter in Pisa, where the Leaning Tower defies gravity.
  • Venture to Cinque Terre, a UNESCO-listed embrace of coastal allure, accessible by a scenic train ride.
  • Genoa, a maritime city, guarantees weaving tales of seafaring adventures.

Day 6

Genoa - Portofino - Milan

  • Sail to Santa Margherita Ligure, a coastal poem of pastel hues.
  • Glide to Portofino, an exclusive enclave where time seems to slow.
  • Milan beckons with its grand cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture.

Note: Due to weather conditions in winter, sometimes the boat to Portofino does not operate, in which case access will be by urban microbus (poor quality service, sometimes long waiting times).

Day 7

Milan - Lake Region - Verona

  • Explore the Lakes, each a canvas of scenic splendour like Lake Orta, Lake Maggiore, and the charming streets of Verona, where Romeo and Juliet left their mark.
  • The heartbeat of Verona resonates through its mediaeval alleys and historic squares.

Note: during the winter months the Orta train does not operate. In that case you will access the medieval town by walking approximately 800 meters from the bus parking lot.

Day 8

Onward to Venice

  • Immerse in Verona's tales before the enchantment of Venice unfolds.
  • A boat journey leads to St. Mark’s Square, a masterpiece surrounded by Venetian canals, each ripple telling stories of centuries past.

Day 9

Departure

  • Post breakfast, head on out to the airport for your flight back with a collage of memories from your Italian escape.

  • For the extra tour/ optional tour, English Speaking Driver cum guide will be provided if it's less than 3 pax
  • In case, the said lodging property is unavailable due to any availability issues, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor cannot be guaranteed.
  • Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • All the tours and transfers are by sharing a coach within a group, the client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
  • Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. is not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
  • Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulations of the country.
  • Customers are fully responsible for carrying proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
  • There are no refunds for air tickets and partially used services.
  • Travelwings does not hold any accountability if the passenger is unable to travel due to passport or visa-related issues.
  • In the above-said scenario, the cancellation policy will apply from the date the payment for the booking was made.
