Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Tokyo

  • Cost per person on a twin or triple-sharing basisArrive at Narita Airport in Tokyo.
  • Transfer to the designated hotel via a seat on a sharing coach basis. (Note: Bus operates at specific times and stops only at designated locations).
  • Check-in at the Hotel.
  • Enjoy a leisurely day exploring Tokyo at your own pace.
  • Overnight Stay in Tokyo.

Day 2

Tour of Tokyo (09:00 - 18:30)

  • Enjoy breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Join a guided city tour of Tokyo.
  • Gather at designated locations (hotels in Tokyo) and board the bus.
  • Visit Imperial Palace (Nijubashi Bridge), Tsukiji Outer Market, Asakusa Senso-ji Temple & Nakamise Shopping Street.
  • Experience a traditional tea ceremony and see Tokyo Tower.
  • Tour disbands near Shinjuku Station West exit. Return to your hotel independently.
  • Overnight Stay in Tokyo.

Day 3

Tour of Mt. Fuji & Hakone

  • After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a Mt. Fuji & Hakone tour.
  • Gather at designated locations (hotels in Tokyo) and board the bus.
  • Visit Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station, enjoy a Japanese-style lunch, take a Lake Ashi Cruise, ride the Mt. Komagatake ropeway, and explore Hakone-en.
  • The tour ends at Shinjuku Station West Exit. Return to your hotel independently.
  • Overnight Stay in Tokyo.

Day 4

Tokyo - Osaka

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  • Check out of the hotel.
  • Make your way to the station independently.
  • Take the Shinkansen bullet train to Shin Osaka using Sector tickets.
  • Arrive at your hotel in Osaka and check-in.
  • Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 5

City Tour of Osaka

  • After a healthy breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a tour of Kyoto & Nara.
  • Head to Shin-Osaka Station on your terms.
  • Board the Shinkansen Bullet train to Kyoto using the sector ticket.
  • Visit Nijo-jo Castle, Kinkaku-ji Temple, Kyoto Imperial Palace, Todai-ji Temple, Nara Park, Kasuga Taisha Shrine, and Nara Nagomikan.
  • The tour ends at Kyoto Station.
  • Board the Shinkansen bullet train to Shin-Osaka using a sector ticket.
  • Return to your hotel using different modes of conveyance available to you followed by an overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 6

Free Day in Osaka

  • Enjoy breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Spend the day exploring Osaka at your leisure.
  • Overnight Stay in Osaka.

Day 7

Departure

  • Enjoy breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Transfer to Kansai Airport via seat coach basis from designated hotels only. (Note: Bus operates at specific times and picks up only at designated locations).

  • The package is subject to availability at the time of booking
  • The displayed rates do not apply during special events/holidays, Christmas, New Year, peak season, and blackout dates. Additional surcharges may apply
  • There are a few non-operational dates for SIC tours.
  • SIC Airport transfers are available only to selected 4-star and 5-star hotels only. Pick ups/Drop offs may not be available to/from the Hotels
  • As tours are on an SIC basis, pick-up points are from Selected 4-star and 5-star hotels only. Drop-offs will only be at a common point, which generally are train station.
  • All rooms & offers are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
  • Rates for single/triple/quad occupancy will vary and can be provided upon request
  • However, the rates and options for increasing the pax are subject to availability
  • Bookings will only be confirmed upon the receipt of the complete payment as per the booking terms
  • Rates mentioned are per person on a double-sharing basis
  • The standard check-in time at the hotel is 14h00/15h00 while the check-out time is 11h00/12h00
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs
  • Upon check-in, the hotel may ask for a security deposit (this amount may vary based on the hotel policy). The funds will be refunded at the time of check-out less any mini-bar items and other charges (Like early check-in or late check-out or any costs related to damages to the room)
  • Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the health, passport and visa requirements of the country they are planning to travel to
  • The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure
  • Due to the several circumstances that remain out of our control and jurisdiction like adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, etc. The displayed price tag is subject to change without any prior notice
  • Per the immigration rules of the destination, passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid passport both before and during the period of travel. The same applies to any visa requirements that the traveler must obtain before travelling to the country for which the package is being booked
  • Travelwings does not take any responsibility if the passenger is unable to travel due to issues related to their passport or visa
  • The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
  • Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in visa requirements and regulations of the country.
  • Customers are fully responsible for carrying proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
  • No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue.
