‘Royal Skies’ is the name of the loyalty programme that Royal Brunei airlines offer its customers. The membership has three tiers which are Royal Skies Blue, Royal Skies Silver and Royal Skies Elite Gold. The minimum requirement for customers to be eligible for the membership is a minimum of two years of loyalty with the airlines. Also, the silver and the Elite Gold card comes with an expiry date for premium services for which members need to re-qualify by constantly travelling with the airlines and garnering points.

Royal Brunei allows you to travel with 7kg hand luggage that should be small enough to fit in the overhead compartment of your airplane. Anything larger or more than that needs to be a part of the checked-in luggage which is limited to 20 Kg.
The domestic flight check-in counter closes 40 minutes before departure, while an international flight check-in counter closes an hour before departure. In order to avoid last-minute delays, passengers are encouraged to check in 90 minutes prior to departure. Check-in requires photo identification for each passenger and certified birth certificates of an infant or child must be certified. Passports are also required for international flights.
