  • Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, you'll be warmly greeted by a Travelwings representative who will assist you through the airport procedures.
  • After meeting and assisting, you'll be transferred to your accommodation in the hotel.
  • Once at the hotel, check in and take some time to relax and refresh after your journey.

  • The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1400/1500 hours, while the check-out time is 1100/1200 hours.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends on the hotel's policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damage done to the room).

  • Per the immigration rules of the destination, passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid passport both before and during the period of travel. The same applies to any visa requirements that the traveller must obtain before travelling to the country for which the package is being booked.
