Day 1

Monday – Rio de Janeiro

• Meet and greet at the airport, followed by a shared transfer to the hotel with an

English-speaking driver-guide.

Day 2

Tuesday – Rio de Janeiro

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Rio Express Tour – Christ the Redeemer & Sugarloaf Mountain

• Enjoy a memorable half-day city tour covering Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic landmarks.
• Pick-up from the hotel lobby will be between 07:30 and 08:10 hrs, depending on the hotel location.
• Begin with a scenic drive through the Tijuca Forest to reach Christ the Redeemer, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, located atop Corcovado Mountain.
• Admire breathtaking panoramic views of the city before continuing to Sugarloaf Mountain in the Urca neighborhood.
• Ride a two-stage cable car—first to Urca Hill and then to the summit of Sugarloaf at 395 meters—offering spectacular views of Rio’s coastline and skyline.

• Discover the vibrant spirit of Rio Carnival with a guided visit to the City of Samba, where renowned samba schools design and store their floats and costumes.
• Visit the Rio Grande Samba School Factory and learn about the production process behind the world-famous parade.
• Enjoy a hands-on experience by trying on authentic costumes, taking photos, joining a samba class, and tasting a traditional Brazilian cocktail.

Tijuca Forest & Botanical Garden

(Shared service | Duration: approx. 4 hours | Afternoon only | Not available on Thursdays & Sundays)

• A nature-focused tour featuring the Rio Botanical Garden, home to over 6,000 plant species, including orchids and bromeliads.
• Visit the iconic palm tree avenue, turtle lake, and giant water lily lake. Continue to the Vista Chinesa viewpoint for panoramic views of Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf, Ipanema, and Leblon. Explore the Tijuca National Forest, the world’s largest urban forest, including a light trail to Taunay Waterfall and a scenic drive along São Conrado Beach.

Thursday – Rio de Janeiro → Foz do Iguazú

• At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport by shared service with an English speaking guide .
• Suggested flight arrival in Iguassu by 12:30 hrs (flight not included).
• Upon arrival at Iguassu Airport, meet and transfer to the hotel by shared service with an English speaking guide.

• Explore one of the most important bird conservation parks in the world, dedicated to protecting Atlantic Forest species.
