• The package is subject to availability at the time of booking
• The displayed rates do not apply during special events/holidays, Christmas, New Year, peak season, and blackout dates. Additional surcharges may apply
• There are a few non-operational dates for SIC tours.
• SIC airport transfers are available only to selected 4-star and 5-star hotels only. Pick ups/Drop offs may not be available to/from the Hotels
• As tours are on an SIC basis, pick-up points are from designated allocated hotels booked for the duration of your stay.
• Drop-offs will only be at a common point, generally in or around train stations.
• All rooms & offers are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
• Rates for single/triple/quad occupancy will vary and can be provided upon request
• However, the rates and options for increasing the pax are subject to availability
• Bookings will only be confirmed upon the receipt of the complete payment as per the booking terms
• Rates mentioned are per person on a double-sharing basis
• The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1400/1500 hours while the check-out time is 1100/1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs
• Upon check-in, the hotel may ask for a security deposit (this amount may vary based on the hotel policy). The funds will be refunded at the time of check-out less any mini-bar items and other charges (Like early check-in or late check-out or any costs related to damages to the room)
• Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the health, passport and visa requirements of the country they are planning to travel to
• The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure

• Per the immigration rules of the destination, passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid passport both before and during the travel period.
• The same applies to any visa requirements that the traveler must obtain before travelling to the country for which the package is being booked
• Travelwings does not take any responsibility if the passenger is unable to travel due to issues related to their passport or visa
• The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions
• The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure.
• The client is responsible for obtaining correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
• Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in visa requirements and regulations by the country.
• Customers are responsible for carrying proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
• No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
• We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue.
• The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.
