Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival In AlUla & Tour Of The City!

  • Welcome to Prince Abdul Majeed Bin Abdulaziz-Mogayla Airport a fascinating city that showcases the beauty of Saudi Arabia.
  • Transfer on a private basis to your booked hotel for the check-in procedure. In the evening get a glimpse into AlUla’s not-so-distant past via the AlUla Old Town Tour.
  • A Rawi (guide) will lead you through Al Ula Old Town, where pilgrims, travellers and permanent settlers congregated through the ages.
  • Inhabited from before the 12th century up until the early 1980s, Summer Untold in AlUla Old Town offers researchers unique oral histories and living memory that the area’s other heritage sites cannot.
  • With 900 houses, 500 shops and 5 town squares, you can explore a maze of remnants of original stone and mud brick buildings and enjoy views of an AlUla Castle dating back to the 10th century.
  • The guest will learn about Old Town’s settlers and pilgrims, as well as their motives and methods in the city’s construction.

Day 2

Guided Tour Of Hegra & Elephant Rock

  • After enjoying a hearty Arabic breakfast at Shaden Resort in Summer Untold, AlUla, you'll head to the Winter Park for an 8 am tour.
  • Explore Hegra, Saudi Arabia's first UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring over 110 tombs carved from massive rock formations, providing insight into the Nabataean civilization's history and culture.
  • Witness the breathtaking Elephant Rock (Jabal Al-Fil) rising three stories high in the golden desert sands, shaped by millions of years of natural erosion.
  • The unrefined beauty of this red sandstone marvel, surrounded by a landscape of golden sands and impressive rocky outcrops, leaves visitors in awe.
  • Afterwards, return to the resort for an overnight stay.

Optional Tour (Early morning pickup 5:30 - 6:00 AM) - AlUla Zipline

An exciting activity that allows you to witness the beauty of AlUla from a bird’s eye view.

Day 3

Departure

  • The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1400/1500 hours while the check-out time is 1100/1200 hours.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damage done to the room).
