Day 1
Welcome to Almaty
- Welcome to Almaty, the largest city of Kazakhstan!
- Our Travelwings representative will meet and greet at the airport's pickup point.
- Overnight stay in Almaty in the comforts of the lush hotel as per the itinerary.
Day 2
Panoramic tour around Almaty and visit Kok-Tobe Hill with the tallest TV tower in the world
- Post breakfast proceed on the tour
- Panoramic tour around Almaty
- Visiting the following places – sightseeing of the city: Panfilov Park, Zenkov Cathedral, the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame. Transfer to the Square of the Republic and Monument of Independence, feel the energy of the Apple city and get acquainted with its history!
- Visiting Kok-Tobe hill with the tallest TV tower in the world.
- Overnight at hotel
Day 3
Shymbulak ( 3rd Level ) with Cable car tickets
- Relish a tasty breakfast.
- Visit the Medeo Ice Rink situated on the height of 1691.2 meters above the sea level is known around the world. It was built in 1972. The surface of the ice allows conducting competitions of skating, hockey and figure skating.
- Ski resort Shymbulak is situated in the picturesque ravine of Zailiysky Alatau Mountain on the height of 2260 meters above the sea level and 25 kilometers from the center of the city of Almaty.
- At the height of 3163 meters above the sea level the elevators start their ways down
- Conclude the day with an overnight stay at the hotel.

Free day at leisure or optional tour with additional charges
Tour: Big Almaty Lake & Falcon Show and Visiting Chocolate Market and Green Bazaar
Price: AED 550 per person (with minimum of 02 pax)
- Enjoy a wholesome breakfast and proceed on the sightseeing tour
- The Big Almaty Lake welcomes you with its stunning turquoise waters.
- Proceed onwards to enjoy the Falcon Show followed by a visit to the Chocolate Market and Green Bazaar. The famous Green Bazaar is a trading market in Almaty. The market sells textile, furniture, spices, antiques and many varieties of other items.

Day 5
Departure from Almaty
-Get ready and complete the check-out 01:00AM
-Proceed towards the airport to fly back home with innumerable memories of the trip.

Visa Info
- Visa Exemptions: Nationals of the Philippines for a maximum stay of 30 days.
- Visa Exemptions: Nationals of India with a normal passport for a maximum stay of 14 days.
Visa Issuance:
- E-visas can be obtained before departure at http://mfa.gov.kz/en/visa/. Passengers must have a printed e-visa confirmation.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
- 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
- Between 30 to 45 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost is to be paid (non-refundable).
- Less than 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
- Full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country .
- In Case of Visa rejections /cases where the customers are offloaded at the airport or by immigration, the penalty will be applicable as per the Cancellation policyn policy.

- The validity of the package is from 09 April to 13 April 2024
- Package offered is operated in a Group exclusively for Travelwings
- COVID restrictions & PCR Guidelines might change anytime without any prior notice.
- The prices offered are as per the current promotions and respective offers would be valid at the time of confirmation.
- Bookings will be confirmed as per the payment policy.
- Any delays or changes in flight timings are at the sole discretion of the airline.
- Itineraries are just indicative and might change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- For the extra tour/ optional tour, English Speaking Driver cum guide will be provided if its less than 3 pax.
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable due to an unexpected situation, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
- The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
- Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
- Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1100 Hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
- All tours and transfers by sharing coach on group, client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost.
- At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
- Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
- Travelwings has nothing to do for any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulation of the country.
- Customers are fully responsible to carry proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
- No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
- We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue. The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.
