Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Tbilisi

  • Welcome to Tbilisi City, the capital of Georgia! Meet and greet our Travelwings representative at the pickup point at the airport.
  • Upon arrival, a pick-up and transfer to Gudauri will be arranged, which would approximately be a 3 hours journey.
  • After check-in, the rest of the evening will be at your leisure. The dinner for the group is already arranged at the hotel as part of the tour.
  • Overnight stay will be at the Gudauri Hotel.

Day 2

Full Day Ananuri & Kazbegi Tour On Sharing In Coach Basis

  • After a hearty Georgian breakfast at the hotel, you will have the rest of the day at your leisure.
  • Head northwards and enjoy stunning views. Stop at the Jinvali water reservoir, a calm lake surrounded by green hills.
  • From there, discover the impressive Ananuri Fort. Explore the remains, and walk through the yard and the old tower while your guide tells you the story of this beautiful place.
  • The Georgian Military Highway is full of scenic and interesting spots including a mineral spring, which is believed to have healing powers.
  • Take in the views at the Soviet Monument of Friendship, home to one of the most beautiful panorama platforms in Georgia, with stunning panoramas of the mountains and gorges.
  • Next, stop at Kazbegi, the centre of the region and home to the famous Gergeti church. Drive up to Mount Kazbegi, from, where opens the mesmerizing view of Mkinvartsveri. Visit the church of the Holy Trinity (Gergetis Sameba), which is located 2200 m above sea level. Drive back to Gudauri Hotel.

Day 3

Back to Pavillion for City Tour Of Tbilisi and Mtskheta with Cable Car tickets

  • Day three will begin after breakfast at the hotel followed by meeting the guide at 09:00 am. From where the tour leaves for a city tour of Tbilisi.
  • The next phase of the tour will happen with a visit to Mtskheta, which is the ancient capital of the Georgian Kingdom.
  • From there the tour will move on to visit the Jvari monastery. The monastery stands on top of the cliff and provides views overlooking the city and a mesmerizing view of the confluence of two rivers Mtkvari and Aragvi below.
  • Then the tour will visit the Svetistskhoveli Cathedral, which is an Eastern Orthodox cathedral located in the historic town of Mtskheta. Explore the town's traditional shopping area at the entrance of Mtskheta.
  • The Tbilisi city tour will begin with a walking city tour of Tbilisi’s old part. The visit will include a visit to the Metekhi church, and then a stroll through Sharden Street. That will lead to the “Bridge of Peace '' and a ride up to Narikala Fortress by Cable car.
  • After exploring the monument which is often considered the symbol of the country and called the “Mother of Georgia''. The tour will finish with a walk down to the bath district of the country.
  • Overnight at Tbilisi Hotel

Day 4

Day of Leisure Or An Optional tour with Additional charges

Tour: Full Day to Dashbashi Canyon on sharing in coach basis
Price: AED 250 per person with entrance ticket

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • We can visit the beautiful place – Dashbashi Canyon and waterfall. It is located at 1,110-1,448 m above sea level.
  • The vegetation cover of the surrounding ecosystem is rather sparse, where as the plants on the steep slopes of the canyon and astounding waterfalls create absolutely different micro-landscape, with characteristic micro-climate, specific fauna etc.
  • Walk on spectacular “Diamond Bridge” there. Upon request, guests can continue driving to Paravani Lake for another 45 KM and survey the picturesque area.
  • Returning to Tbilisi

Day 5

Departure

  • The final day of the tour will begin with a healthy International breakfast at the hotel in Tbilisi.
  • Post this you will be transferred to the International Airport in Tbilisi for your flight back to your home country, with memories of a wonderful journey that would last a lifetime.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable)
  • Between 45 to 30 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable)
  • Less than 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
  • Full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country .

  • UAE Citizens / Residents are eligible to enter Georgia with a valid UAE residence visa/Emirates ID.

  • In case the selected hotel is unavailable due to an unexpected situation, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor cannot be guaranteed.
  • Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1100Hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • All tours and transfers are by sharing a coach with the group, the client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
  • Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. is not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
  • Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulations of the country.
  • Customers are fully responsible to carry proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
  • No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue. The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.
