Welcome to Baku

Upon your arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku,
You will be warmly received by our Travelwings representative at the designated airport pickup point.
After check in at the hotel you feel free to explore the city center of Baku

Walking in Old Town – Inner city
It is the historical core of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. The Old City is the most ancient part of Baku, which is surrounded by walls. In 2007, the Old City had a population of about 3000 people. In December 2000, the Old City of Baku, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and Maiden Tower, became the first location in Azerbaijan to be classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 3

Full Day Gabala Tour On Sharing In Coach Basis

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, you will head to Gabala City Tour. Group will take to Gabala, which is four hours away from Baku
Gabala, located on the southern slopes of the Greater Caucasus mountains at an elevation of 53 meter's above sea level, is a gorgeous place and is worth a visit, enjoy a cable car journey covering two stations.
Return to Baku City and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 4

Departure

The last day of the tour will begin with a hearty breakfast at the hotel in Baku.
After that, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.

Visa Information

To obtain a visa on arrival, it is necessary for the UAE residence visa to have a validity of at least 6 months (approximately 185 days).
Alternatively, it is mandatory to obtain an Azerbaijan E-Visa. It is strongly advised to acquire an E-Visa before departing to prevent long queues during the peak season. (Not all nationalities are eligible for E-Visa)
E-Visa Fees with assistance: AED 130 per passport (normal processing 3-5 working days)

In case the selected hotel is unavailable due to an unexpected situation, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1100 Hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
For all tours and transfers by sharing coach on the group, the client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost
At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. is not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulations of the country.
Customers are fully responsible to carry proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue. The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.
