Day 1

Welcome To Vienna

  • Welcome to Europe! Upon arriving at the airport, enjoy a hassle-free transfer to the hotel.
  • You can enjoy your free time until your tour starts.
  • Please check the informative posters in the hotel reception area with information about your upcoming services, such as meeting place, time and the guide’s name.
  • Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 2

Vienna

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vienna city tour - Gardens of the immense Schön­brunn Palace

  • Today, after breakfast, we take a scenic visit around this impressive city of Vienna with a local expert.
  • Here, we experience its majestic avenues, palaces, and vibrant city center.
  • We proceed to Schönbrunn Palace, where visitors can stroll around and enjoy its beautiful gardens.
  • After lunch (at your own expense), enjoy an afternoon of leisure in the city center.
  • In the evening, we will go to City Hall Square to experience the nightlife in the neighboring streets. Here, you will get the opportunity to take dinner.
  • Overnight stay in Vienna.

Day 3

Vienna - Budapest

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Cruise on the Danube - city tour of Budapest - evening transfer.

  • Relish a hearty breakfast, after which we proceed on an approximately three-hour journey to Budapest in Hungary.
  • We arrive in Budapest around 11:30 am.
  • The tour proceeds to discover Budapest (known as the “Queen of the Danube”) on a boat tour along the Danube river.
  • Budapest is divided by the Danube River, with historic Buda on one side and the cosmopoli­tan Pest on the opposite side.
  • Enjoy a delicious lunch (at your own expense), followed by a scenic tour of the city.
  • After the tour, spend some time at leisure.
  • We end the day exploring the lively area of Vaci Utca, where you can relish a dinner meal (at your own expense).
  • Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 4

Budapest - Bratislava - Prague

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Time to explore Bratislava - Czech landscapes - Evening transfer in Prague

  • After breakfast, the tour proceeds to Bratislava, Slovakia's capital, a city along the Danube.
  • Explore the attractive historic center of the city. Also, relish lunch here (at your own expense).
  • After lunch, we will continue our journey to the Czech Republic, Prague.
  • Arriving in the evening, the tour proceeds to Old Town Square. This central location is a great way to understand Prague as you imbibe energetic vibes and tourist activities.
  • Following which you can enjoy your dinner (at your own expense) at one of the restaurants offering international cuisines, including Czech, Chinese, Indian and Italian.
  • Transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5

Prague

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Prague - Visit to Castle - Boat tour along the river

  • Today, after breakfast, we will visit the capital, Prague, the Baroque jewel of Europe.
  • Our local expert will provide an informative city tour which includes outstanding monuments.
  • Our visit to Prague Castle includes a walk through the castle (admission included).
  • Subsequently, we shall take a boat tour along the Vltava River.
  • In the afternoon, enjoy some free time to explore the city.
  • Witness the historic city center and enjoy dinner (at your own expense) in the evening.
  • Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6

Prague

  • The tour ends with a delicious breakfast. Take home with you memorable moments from your European holiday.

  • Bookings will be confirmed as per the payment policy.
  • Any delays or changes in flight timings are at the sole discretion of the airline.
  • Itineraries are just indicative and might change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case the selected hotel is unavailable due to an unexpected situation, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
  • Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1100Hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • All tours and transfers by sharing coach on a group, the client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
  • Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
  • Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulations of the country.
  • Customers are fully responsible to carry proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
  • No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue.
  • The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Between 30 to 45 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost is to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Less than 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
  • Full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country .
  • In Case of Visa rejections /cases where the customers are offloaded at the airport or by immigration, the penalty will be applicable as per the Cancellation policy
