Day 1

Welcome to AlUla

  • Upon arrival at AlUla International Airport, you will be greeted with an exclusive VIP Meet & Assist service for a smooth and comfortable experience.
  • Private transfer to Our Habitas, a stunning resort set amidst the breathtaking desert landscapes of AlUla.

Afternoon:

  • Check in at Our Habitas and take some time to relax in the serene surroundings
  • Enjoy the resort’s facilities, such as the pool, spa, or simply unwind and soak in the desert views.

Day 2

Nabataean Wonders

Morning:

  • Vintage Land Rover tour of Hegra (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with Rawi storyteller.

Afternoon:

  • Exclusive access to Hegra Geology Hike – exploring dramatic formations and geological wonders.

Evening:

Relaxing dinner at Somewhere Restaurant in Aljadidah, offering Levantine-inspired cuisine in a vibrant setting.

Day 3

Civilisations & Cultural Trails

Morning:

  • Guided visit to Dadan and Jabal Ikmah, exploring inscriptions, rock art, and archaeological treasures.

Early Evening:

  • Hegra After Dark – immersive night journey with storytelling, culinary theatre, and Nabataean heritage. Followed by the spectacular Hegra Drone show.

Late Evening:

  • Dinner at Jontoos in Dar Tantora, The House Hotel, offering heritage-infused fine dining in the heart of the Old Town.

Day 4

Festival Highlights & Culinary Finale

Morning:

  • Explore mudbrick and palm groves in the new Old Town to Oasis: A Heritage Discovery Experience.

Afternoon:

  • The Incense Road Experience – immersive journey of scent, trade, and culture. Followed by a visit to Maraya.

Evening:

  • Farewell dinner at Prima Classe, The Chedi Hegra, combining Mediterranean influences with AlUla’s local bounty.

Day 5

Departure

Morning:

  • Breakfast at Our Habitas.
  • Optional sunrise hot air balloon ride.

  • The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1400/1500 hours, while the check-out time is 1100/1200 hours.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends on the hotel's policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damage done to the room).
