Exchange House Payment:*

Existing Booking
Al An-sari exchange house - Kindly deposit payment to any nearest Al Ansari exchange house. All you need is to provide them your Booking reference ID starts with "TWBR-xxxxxx" and booking amount.

New Booking
Select your route in the website and make the booking. At the payment page, kindly select the Exchange House Payment option and you shall receive the acknowledgment mail informing that your ticket has been put on hold and the confirmed ticket shall be provided upon full payment.

Kindly keep in mind that due to the dynamic inventory in place we do not guarantee fares until payment is received and tickets are issued, irrespective of the booking being on hold. Please visit the nearest Al Ansari exchange house, provide them with your Booking Reference ID starting from "TWBR-xxxxxx" and booking amount. Please make the payment and immediately call us to confirm your payment done status and thereafter, we shall send you the confirmed ticket via email.

*Minimum AED 20 per deposit will be applicable for payment through Al Ansari Exchange

New Booking
Select your route in the website and make the booking. At the payment page, kindly select the Credit Card/Debit Card Payment option and you shall receive the acknowledgment mail informing that your payment has been accepted and the ticket shall be sent to you shortly.

Cash on Delivery- Pay at office:*

New Booking
Select your route in the website and make the booking. At the payment page, kindly select Cash on Delivery- Pay at the office option and you shall receive the acknowledgment mail informing that your ticket has been put on hold and the confirmed ticket shall be provided upon full payment.

Kindly keep in mind that due to the dynamic inventory in place we do not guarantee fares until payment is received and tickets are issued, irrespective of the booking being on hold.
