Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Zanzibar

Land at Zanzibar Airport and meet Travelwings representative awaiting you. Get escorted to the selected 4-star resort and complete the check in formalities. Freshen up and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

Day at Leisure or take an optional tour with additional charges

The second day is completely in your hands. After a healthy breakfast, you can either spend the day at leisure and explore the island’s history and culture on your own OR you can take our optional tour at some additional cost.

Tour: SPICE PLANTATIONS TOUR ON SHARING IN COACH BASIS Price: AED 250 per person

The tour will start early in the morning after you are done with your yummy breakfast. Get ready to explore the spice plantations of the island. Before that, visit the beautiful Livingston House, a popular attraction in Zanzibar. The tour would also cover the gorgeous Palace of Sultan Barghash, Persian baths and other local attractions in the villages of Zanzibar.

Witness the splendid spice plantations with the abundance of fresh spices and tropical seasonal fruits. Sense the aroma of exotic spices and fruits such as mangoes, bananas, pineapple, jackfruit, coconut, breadfruit, Dorian, rambutans, mangosteen, avocados, starfruits, cocoa and more.

The tour takes you on a journey to learn about the variety of spices and its description. Hear about the goodness of cinnamon, cardamom, lemongrass, ginger roots, cloves, turmeric, nutmeg, pepper. Day 3

Day at Leisure

Wake up to a beautiful morning in your cozy comfy bed and get ready for a healthy breakfast. The third day is completely at leisure. You can either stay within the premise of the hotel and enjoy your day having luscious meals (on your own) or go out in the streets and explore the gorgeous Zanzibar.

The island is home to several beautiful beaches and cultural places. You can explore restaurants and cafes, take note of street culture or walk the sandy shores. The day is entirely in your hands. So, make the most of it and have memories for a lifetime. Zanzibar is full of tourist places, ranging from historical sites to natural attractions and museums to marketplaces, you have a number of places to explore.

Come back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Day 4

Day at Leisure

After having your breakfast, spend the rest of the day at leisure. You can choose to either stay inside or go out in the open to explore places. The fourth day’s exploration is completely your call. Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Day 5

Departure

After a delicious breakfast, proceed to check-out at 12:00 hours from the hotel. Our representative will be at your service in the hotel as you proceed to the airport. This brings to an end a fabulous Zanzibar tour. Meals: Breakfast

FLYING BACK TO THE UAE: Vaccinated passengers arriving into the UAE: Vaccinated passengers who have taken complete dosage of any approved covid-19 vaccine are no longer required to conduct a PCR test prior to departure if they present a vaccination certificate with QR code. Children below 12 years are exempt from the test.

Non- vaccinated passengers arriving into the UAE: Non-vaccinated passengers are required to conduct a Covid-19 PCR test within 48 hours prior to departure. All Children below 12 years are exempt from the test.

Terms & Conditions

  • This package is valid from 09 July until 13 July 2022.
  • a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac; or A negative COVID-19 NAAT or RT-PCR test result certificate with a QR code from a test taken no more than 72 hours prior to departure of the first flight of their itinerary.
  • PCR test requirements to UAE are exempted for children under 11.99 years of age
  • E-Visa approval will be depends with the discretion of the MFA
  • COVID restrictions & PCR Guidelines might change anytime without any notice.
  • Rates & room availability is subject to change at the time of confirmation.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1100 Hrs Local Time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • Bookings will be confirmed as per the payment policy.

  • In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of similar category.

  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
  • Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa conditions of the country of travel.
  • There are no refunds for any services (i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc.) not utilized on your tour package.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue; cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

  • COVID restrictions & PCR Guidelines might change anytime without any notice
  • Ensure that the negative PCR test for the COVID-19 health document is in English.
  • Maintain at least three feet distance from the next traveler.
  • Wash your hands frequently for about 20 seconds. We recommend frequent washing every 30 minutes.
  • Most airlines prefer web check-in for your safety.
  • Always wear a mask and carry sanitizers, gloves, and soap gel for frequent hand washing.
  • Avoid crowding, especially in the aircraft.
  • Follow all health advisories and travel guidelines of the country of travel.
  • Be sure to have taken all vaccinations that are essential to protect your immune system.
  • Always cough into your elbow and wear a mask.
  • Arrive early at the airport to follow security protocol.
  • Carry travel insurance for your emergency needs.
  • Immediately report any symptoms of fever, cough, and breathlessness (if you have any) to the nearest medical authority

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Between 30 to 45 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Less than 15 to 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
  • Full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations.
