The BLS Centre is the passport services agency that collects passports for Indians, along with renewal applications and fees. However, please remember that it is the Embassy of India or the Consulate General of India, Dubai that will accept or reject your application for passport renewal. The BLS Centre in Dubai issues tokens and processes applications between 08:00 am to 12:00 pm and 01:00 pm to 06:30 pm.

Please note that applicants below the age of 12 and above the age of 60 will need to visit the BLS Centre at Zeenah Building. The BLS Centre in Khaleej Centre, Dubai, is not accepting applicants of the mentioned ages because of COVID-19 restrictions.
